“How to Write a Business Plan”

For new and existing businesses! Everything you need to put in your plan including sales and expense forecasting. This is required if you're going for a loan, or wanting to communicate your plan to partners, investors or key employees. Workbook and handouts include an outline for your plan, sources for information, a template of a plan and a sample completed plan. Templates and discussion of financial requirements included too!
“Seven Steps to Selling Success”

Designed for anyone who wants to expand their sales skills. Not as comfortable making sales calls as you would like to be? Learn this fun and easy step by step approach to helping your prospects become your customers!. The goal of this workshop is to address the fear of selling and to offer you ideas that will help you make progress in the selling process of whatever product you have to sell.
